30-Day Happiness Guarantee

Can I return my Flappie?
Yes — you have 30 calendar days from delivery to return your Flappie, even if it's already been installed. The device must be complete (including accessories and cables) and in working condition. Minor installation marks such as screw marks on the frame are no problem. For visible damage or heavy signs of use, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a change of mind, you cover the shipping costs. For confirmed defects or shipping damage, we'll reimburse your documented shipping costs.

How does a return work?
Every return starts with our form at flappiedoors.com/returns. You'll receive an RMA number (return authorisation) — only then should you send the Flappie back. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Warranty (24 Months)

What does the warranty cover?
Your Flappie comes with a 24-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects from the delivery date. Hardware defects such as sensor or connectivity failures and housing damage from production errors are covered. AI features (prey and facial recognition) are provided "as is" and are not covered under warranty.

How do I report a warranty claim?
Open our form at flappiedoors.com/returns and select "My Flappie has a defect or malfunction". Our team will follow up with next steps.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Do I have a statutory right of withdrawal?
Yes — as a customer in Germany or Austria, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. This and the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee are not cumulative. Details can be found in our Terms & Conditions (Section A 13).


Refund

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of completing our inspection, to your original payment method.

Haven't received your Flappie yet?
If your Flappie hasn't shipped yet and you'd like to cancel your order, email us with your order number at [email protected]. You'll receive a full refund within 14 days.
