We want you to be completely happy with your Flappie. That's why you have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it — even if it's already been installed.
Conditions
Timeframe: 30 calendar days from your delivery date (the date your package was delivered).
Condition: The Flappie must be returned complete and in working condition — including accessories, cables, and original packaging if possible.
Minor installation marks such as screw marks on the frame are no problem.
For visible damage or heavy signs of use, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15%.
For serious damage (e.g. cracked housing, missing parts, water damage), the return may be declined.
Shipping costs
For returns due to a change of mind, you cover the shipping costs. We do not provide a prepaid return label.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 14 days of completing our inspection, to your original payment method.
How to return your Flappie
- Open the return form at flappiedoors.com/returns
- Select "I'd like to return my Flappie (30-Day Happiness Guarantee)"
- Wait for your RMA number — do not send the Flappie back without authorisation
- Pack everything securely and send it to the address we provide
Good to know
The 30-day period starts on the day of delivery, not the day of purchase or setup.
EU customers (Germany, Austria) also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. This and the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee are not cumulative.
Have a defect? That's covered by the 24-month warranty, not the 30-day return.
