30-Day Happiness GuaranteeUpdated 9 days ago

We want you to be completely happy with your Flappie. That’s why you have 30 calendar days from delivery to register your return with us — subject to the conditions below.


Conditions

Timeframe: 30 calendar days from your delivery date to register your return with us. What counts is the date you contact us, not the date your Flappie physically reaches us.

Condition: The Flappie must be returned complete and in working condition — including accessories, cables, and original packaging (required). Its state may only show the handling necessary to inspect it.

Returns after completed installation, mounting, or drilling are excluded — even careful installation typically leaves unavoidable traces that make resale impossible.

For minor signs of handling, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15 %.

For more significant damage, missing parts, or installation marks, the return may be declined.

For serious damage (e.g. cracked housing, missing parts, water damage), the return will be declined.


Shipping costs

For returns due to a change of mind, you cover the shipping costs. We do not provide a prepaid return label.


Refund

Once your return arrives, we inspect the Flappie. Depending on our workload, the inspection can take 2–6 weeks — we’ll let you know as soon as it’s complete. The refund is then issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

Depending on the condition of the returned Flappie, the refund may be full, partial, or — in justified cases — refused.


How to return your Flappie

  1. Open the return form at flappiedoors.com/returns
  2. Select “I’d like to return my Flappie (30-Day Happiness Guarantee)”
  3. Wait for our written approval with an RMA number — do not send the Flappie back without this approval
  4. Pack everything securely (original packaging, accessories, cables) and send it to the address we provide

⚠️ Important: Shipments sent without prior written approval will not be accepted, will be returned at your cost, and will not be refunded.


Good to know

The 30-day period starts on the day of delivery, not the day of purchase or setup.

EU customers (Germany, Austria) also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. This and the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee are not cumulative. If you use the Flappie beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. installation or continued use), we may deduct a corresponding value compensation from the refund — see our Terms of Service (Section A 13) for details.

Have a defect? That’s covered by the 24-month warranty, not the 30-day return.
