Want to return your Flappie, have a defect, or received a damaged delivery? Here’s how the process works, step by step.
Step 1: Fill out the form
Open our return form at flappiedoors.com/returns. Select what it’s about (return, defect, or shipping damage) and enter your order number and email address.
For the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, you need to submit the form within 30 calendar days of delivery. What counts is the date you contact us, not the date your Flappie physically reaches us.
Step 2: Wait for confirmation
You’ll receive an email from us asking for photos or a short video of your Flappie — simply reply to that email.
Step 3: Receive your RMA number
Our team will review your request and send you written approval with an RMA number (return authorisation). Only once you have this number should you send the Flappie back.
Step 4: Send your Flappie back
Pack your Flappie securely in the original packaging (required) and include all accessories and cables. Write the RMA number clearly on the package or include it inside.
Shipping costs:
- Return (change of mind): You cover the shipping costs.
- Warranty claim (defect): We’ll reimburse your documented shipping costs.
- Shipping damage: We’ll reimburse your documented shipping costs.
Step 5: Inspection & refund
Once your return arrives, we inspect the Flappie. Depending on our workload, the inspection can take 2–6 weeks — we’ll let you know as soon as it’s complete. The refund is then issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Depending on the condition of the returned Flappie, the refund may be full, partial, or — in justified cases — refused:
- Returns after completed installation, mounting, or drilling are excluded from the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
- Minor signs of handling may trigger a restocking fee of up to 15 %.
- More significant damage, missing parts, or installation marks may lead to the return being refused entirely.

⚠️ Important: Do not send your Flappie back before receiving written approval with an RMA number. Shipments sent without prior written approval will not be accepted, will be returned at your cost, and will not be refunded.
