<h2 id="30-day-happiness-guarantee">30-Day Happiness Guarantee</h2><p>You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The request date counts&#x2014;not the date the parcel reaches Flappie.</p><p>For a change-of-mind return, Flappie must be complete, functional and returned with its accessories, cables and original packaging. A device that has been permanently installed, mounted or drilled cannot be returned under the Happiness Guarantee.</p><p>The customer pays the return-shipping cost. <h2 id="warranty">Warranty</h2><p>Flappie includes a two-year hardware warranty from delivery for material and manufacturing defects. Damage caused by installation, third-party parts, normal wear or external force is not covered.</p><p>For a confirmed defect or shipping damage, follow the shipping instructions from support. <h2 id="do-not-send-anything-before-approval">Do not send anything before approval</h2><p>Submit the form and wait for written approval with an RMA return number. Parcels sent without approval cannot be processed correctly and may be returned at your cost.</p>
<h2 id="refund">Refund</h2><p>After the returned Flappie is received, its condition and completeness are checked. The approved refund is sent to the original payment method. Missing parts, damage or installation marks can reduce the refund or make the Happiness Guarantee return ineligible.</p>

<h2 id="6-inspection-and-refund">6. Inspection and refund</h2><p>Flappie checks that the return is complete and matches the approved request. The approved refund is sent to the original payment method. Installation marks, damage or missing parts may reduce a Happiness Guarantee refund or make that return ineligible.</p>
