Two-year hardware warranty
The Flappie hardware warranty runs for two years from delivery and covers material and manufacturing defects.
Covered examples
- Manufacturing defects in the sensor, camera or electronics

- A defect in the supplied power adapter
- A hardware fault affecting Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
Not covered
- Normal wear, scratches or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by an incorrect cutout, leaking or improper installation
- Damage caused by a third-party power adapter, cable or tunnel part
- Opening, modifying or repairing the device without authorisation

Product and installation are separate
A manufacturing defect remains a warranty issue regardless of who installed Flappie. A problem caused by the installation work is the responsibility of the person or company that performed the installation.
Software updates
Flappie provides software updates for at least five years after sales of the relevant model end. A planned end of updates will be announced in advance.
