When will my Flappie be delivered?

Find your shipping confirmation and tracking number, check DHL or Swiss Post, and know what to send support if an in-stock order appears delayed.

<h2 id="before-the-shipping-email-arrives">Before the shipping email arrives</h2><p>Your order is being prepared. Orders placed on business days before noon normally enter the shipping process the same or next business day.</p>
<h2 id="after-shipping">After shipping</h2><ol><li>Open the shipping-confirmation email.</li><li>Select the tracking link or copy the tracking number.</li><li>Follow the parcel on the carrier website. Depending on the destination, this is normally DHL or Swiss Post.</li></ol>

Track your Flappie order

Change an address or cancel an in-stock Flappie order before dispatch, or use the returns process after shipping. No payment-processing fee is deducted.

We can change or cancel an order only while it has not yet been dispatched.</p></div>
