Contact us as early as possible

Flappie is shipped from stock, so orders can move to the warehouse quickly. We can change or cancel an order only while it has not yet been dispatched.

Before dispatch

Email [email protected] and include:

your order number;
the email address used for the order;
the exact change you need.

If a cancellation is completed before dispatch, the order is refunded to the original payment method. No payment-processing fee is deducted.

After dispatch

Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, we may no longer be able to change the address or stop delivery. Contact support so we can check the current status.

After delivery

Use the returns and warranty form. Wait for written approval and the return instructions before sending anything back.

Happiness Guarantee returns: The customer pays the return-shipping cost. If Flappie arranges the return shipment, that cost is deducted from the refund.

For warranty defects or confirmed shipping damage, follow the instructions from support about shipping costs.
