We're currently preparing the first mass production run of Flappie. Here's what you need to know about the delivery timeline.

Current timeline

Deliveries are expected from March/April through the end of May 2026. The exact timing of your delivery depends on your position in the queue — first ordered, first shipped.

How does the queue work?

We're shipping in waves. The order you placed your reservation determines your position. Earlier orders ship first. The size and speed of each wave depends on how quickly we can scale up production and logistics — but the goal is to deliver all current pre-orders by the end of May 2026.

What affects the timeline?

Several factors influence how fast we can ship each wave, including production ramp-up speed, logistics and shipping partner readiness, and how smoothly our support processes run. We're doing everything we can to deliver as quickly as possible — and we'll keep you updated along the way.

How will I know when it's my turn?

You'll receive an email from us when your Flappie is ready to ship. This email will include your invoice and shipping details. Make sure your email address and shipping address are up to date — if anything has changed, let us know at [email protected].

Can I still cancel?

Yes. Your reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time until delivery. See Changing or Cancelling Your Order → for details.
