Here's how you'll stay informed about the status of your Flappie delivery.

Before shipping

As long as your Flappie hasn't shipped yet, there's no tracking number — but your queue position is based on when you placed your reservation. Earlier orders ship first. You'll receive an email as soon as your Flappie is ready to go.

When your Flappie ships

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details you need to follow your package. We're currently finalizing our shipping partners, so the exact tracking process may vary slightly — but you'll always receive the information by email.

I haven't received a shipping email

Deliveries are rolling out in waves from March/April through the end of May 2026. If you haven't received a shipping email yet, your wave may not have started. Check your spam folder just in case, and make sure your email address is up to date with us.
