Changing or Cancelling Your OrderUpdated 24 days ago

Whether you need to update your details or cancel entirely — here's how, depending on where you are in the process.

Before delivery (pre-sale / reservation)

If you haven't received your Flappie yet, you can change or cancel your order by email. Your reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time until delivery.

Send an email to [email protected] and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for your order
  • What you'd like to change (e.g., shipping address, accessories, cancellation)

We'll confirm your request within a few business days.

Cancellation and refund

If you cancel before delivery, we refund your full deposit within 14 days to your original payment method. For cancellations at your own discretion, already incurred payment processing fees (typically 2–4%) may be retained.

After delivery (product received)

Once you've received your Flappie, changes and returns are handled through our returns portal for a smoother process:

You'll need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue or change
  • Photos or videos (for defects)
  • Your proof of purchase

30-day satisfaction guarantee

You can return your Flappie within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the product should be in its original condition with all accessories. For defects, provide photo/video evidence. See the portal for full details.

EU consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you're in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Send a clear statement to [email protected] or use the returns portal.
